In 2015, a boiler house with a capacity of 14.8 MW was commissioned, providing heat and hot water to the residential area of Red Square, the Expograd Yug exhibition center, and the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel.

The boiler house is equipped with modern technological equipment, automation and dispatching systems. 4 independent boilers, 3.2 gcal each, ensure trouble-free and uninterrupted operation of the enterprise.
