Park House is a shopping and entertainment complex (mall) that unites the largest anchor tenants in one building. The network includes 7 shopping malls in the cities of Moscow (two centers), St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Volgograd, Tolyatti.
The total area of the centers is about 350,000 sq.m.
The area of the two-storey shopping and entertainment center includes shops, restaurants, a cinema with 6 halls, a grocery hypermarket, and a children’s center. There is a parking lot for 1000 places. The total area is 36,000 sq.m.
The opening of the Red Square shopping center in Tuapse took place on December 7, 2010. The total area of the shopping and entertainment center is 25,000 square meters, more than 80 shops and restaurants are located on four floors.
The Red Square shopping mall in Armavir opened its doors to visitors on October 12, 2013. The total area of the complex is 60,000 sq. m. On 3 floors there are more than 150 shops, as well as restaurants and a large cinema.

The opening of the megacenter “Red Square” in Novorossiysk took place on October 17, 2009. It became the first European-level shopping and entertainment center in the city. On December 9, 2017, the opening of the 2nd stage of the Megacenter took place, and in December 2017, the opening of the 3rd stage. Today, the total area of the shopping and entertainment complex is 104,000 square meters.
