Romex-Teuchezhsky Multifunctional Park

The Romex-Teuchezhsky Multifunctional Park is a private industrial park located in the Teuchezhsky district of the Republic of Adygea, opposite the city of Adygeisk. 

The start date of the project is April 2016.

The type of industrial park is greenfield.

The intended purpose of the land is industrial land.

The total area is 70.7 hectares.

The area offered for residents’ accommodation is 44 hectares.
The park specializes in logistics.

To date, the territory of the multifunctional park has a built–in common infrastructure – highways, heating points, substation, fire reservoirs, checkpoints. 59% of the area of the multifunctional park is occupied by facilities of its residents.
