The distribution center is designed for sorting and short-term storage of consumer goods, food, including perishable products and picking them for shipment to the regions of the Russian Federation.

Possibility to adjust and change temperature conditions in different areas, container yard. possibility of customs clearance of goods, railway branch with the possibility of unloading/loading of goods, own berth.

start of construction: Q4 2019;
the facility was commissioned in September 2020;
total area of the warehouse building: 18,469 sq.m.;
including cold warehouse – 16,849 sq.m.
ABK area: 1,620 sq.m.

Types of works

The entire complex of civil and finishing works “turnkey” in accordance with the Customer’s terms of reference, including:
installation of utilities;
arrangement of roof covering;
landscaping.
